Once you have confirmed this artwork while adding to basket it will be submitted to print as it is seen.

Q. How long do orders take?
A. Orders usually take between 3-5 working days.

Q. How are orders delivered?
A. Business cards are delivered by Royal Mail, First Class. All other items are sent Royal Mail, Second Class except Banner Stands, due to the size of them they are delivered via TNT, a signature will be required for Banner Stand deliveries.

Q. Can I get my order delivered to a business address (place of work)?
A. Yes, we often recommend having your order dispatched to your place of work, as all items except Business Labels are delivered in packaging that is too large for a standard letterbox.

Q. Do orders include VAT and Postage & Packing?
A. Yes all products within the online shop include both VAT and Postage & Packing in the cost you pay.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. In the event that you cancel your order, a £3.00 cancellation fee will be charged when notified prior to the order being printed. There will be no refund available once your order has been printed.

Requests for cancellation should be e-mailed to info@nyrshop.co.uk, clearly stating the order number and item to be cancelled.
